Yoga is not only the practice of asanas
Yoga is not only the practice of asanas (postures) through its practice, it is harmony in our life, thanks to that of our being (physical, mental and spiritual) that we seek. I transmit in my different courses the various aspects of yoga.
I am attached to traditional yoga as it was practiced by the “elders” and spiritual masters. This yoga and its philosophy are based in a larger way of life, an ancestral Indian science called Ayurveda: a holistic approach to human well-being.
